Rainer Sturm (45) is the new CFO of numares GROUP. Mr. Sturm has 20 years of experience in financial management, including at Bertelsmann AG. Most recently, Mr. Sturm served in the Life Science sector as Vice President of Finance at GLSV, a leading venture capital fund. In this capacity, Mr. Sturm was responsible for the commercial management of up to 30 private and publicly listed holdings and accompanied a variety of transactions, such as capital increases, mergers and asset sales and an IPO on the Nasdaq.
Another addition to the Executive Management is Dr. Maximilian Zucker (43). Prior to joining numares GROUP, the graduate physicist and economist was managing director (COO) of an in-vitro diagnostics manufacturer and management consultant at various consulting companies. Dr. Zucker has many years of experience in managing and supervising development projects. As numares’ Head of Development, he is responsible for aligning development activities with the company’s strategy and for prioritizing and realizing development projects in accordance with regulations.
